Do your prints include the frame?
Frames are for illustrative purposes only. I originally did sell my prints with the frames but with the increase in cost and postage prices it became unfeasible to sell with frame included (especially to overseas buyers as couriers would often break them). You can pick up frames for most print sizes relatively y cheaply on Amazon and eBay and even Ikea nowadays.
My print arrived damaged? What should I do?
It’s extremely rare but unfortunately does happen but if you’re one of the unlucky ones please contact me and send me pictures of the damage. That way I can then pass this onto my printing or courier company and get a replacement print sent usually within 24 hours. However I can’t send replacements without seeing pictures of the damage first.
Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All orders are shipped first or second class in the UK depending which options you pick. Larger items (such as small packets and parcels) will be sent complete with tracking number using usually either DPD or UPS.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mails standard service with proof of postage and usually takes 7-10 days. Larger items are usually shipped with USPS, UPS and in some cases Fedex.
Do You Ship Internationally?
I ship to the UK, Europe and North America, for orders outside of these areas please contact me directly for a quote.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on where you live it may take between 2 and 5 working days in the UK (maybe a bit longer for places such as Highlands of Scotland).
International orders are usually received within 7-10 working days.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
I accept all major credit and debit cards from around the world via Stripe. If you feel more comfortable with it, I also accept Paypal which means if you want to pay by credit or debit card, you won’t even need an account with them to place an order with me. Paypal offers purchase protection and just like Stripe is 100% encrypted meaning none of your payment details are ever seen by myself.
Is My Information Secure?
IGD Prints is secured with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption from Starfield Technologies meaning all your data, personal information and transactional information is completely safe and secure. You can view details of the SSL certificate by clicking the image below.
Orders and Returns
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No. Guest checkout is available across the website.
How do I Track My Order?
Tracking numbers will be available usually a few days after you order and will be emailed to you and will be be available in your account history. Tracking is always available on my larger prints but not always on smaller items (it is unfeasable to track postcards for example) as this would mean the cost to my customers would increase massively. With over 6000 prints now sold only a few have ever got lost in the mail so don’t worry.
Can I Return My Order?
Of course, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just get in touch, return it to me in it’s original condition for a full refund or exchange!
